Daily rate — the hire itself, charged per day of possession.
Booking fee — a one-off charge for the self-service booking: reserving the machine to you, the online payment, and the app that checks you in and walks you through the return. Charged once per hire, never on an extension.
Damage Waiver & Fuel— covers accidental damage to the machine during your hire, so a scrape doesn't become a repair bill, plus the diesel used while you have it. Calculated on the hire fee only.
Damage deposit — a hold on your card, not a charge. Released in full once the return photos show no new damage.
No transport cost.These machines are already on site and ready to go — you collect and return them yourself, so there's no delivery or pick-up fee, no waiting on a truck, and no depot paperwork. A standard hire usually carries a transport charge each way; this doesn't.
Every amount above is GST-exclusive. You'll see the full GST-inclusive total before you pay, and nothing is charged until you confirm.
